Postcards from Russia, 2013

In 2013 I took part in the mail-art-project "Internationale-Foto-Unikat-Postkarten-Aktion" (IFUPA) from Carmen Oberst and used my motive of the Cathedral on the Blood in Yekaterinburg, Russia, to make collages on postcards. The motive was the very first postcard I printed for genius loci, so it has a special meaning and built the basic module for the set which has more than 30 collages.
The components of the collages I took out of some russian magazines and newspapers; therefore there is a stronger bond between the motive and the elements - both bear references to Russia.
